My name is Zack Magee, and I’m the owner of North Massapequa Computers. If you’re a North Massapequa Computers customer, there’s a very high probability that you’ve worked directly with me. I opened this company with the goal of helping people in the community. By providing affordable and detailed repair services, as well as reasonably priced new and refurbished computers, we’ve been able to help hundreds of residents in the Massapequa area perform work, play games, and communicate with loved ones.
As the world is being rocked by the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses worldwide have come to a halt. As a result, new business has been slow, parts have been hard to come by, and extra precautions must be taken in order to protect our staff and our customers.
Not only have our customers been incredibly patient with the inevitable delays, but we have received an incredible amount of positive phone calls and emails from past customers wishing us luck during the coming weeks. We are blessed to belong to such a supportive community and we appreciate every single member of it.
I would like to remind everyone that although our store is closed, we are open for business. We are continuing to offer tech support via phone, as well as appointments for repairs. We can offer our clients pickup and delivery service, scheduled drop-offs, and of course, repairs via phone. This includes helping you get set up for working from home. We appreciate the continued business, and we remind you to always support our community’s small businesses.
